Richard Guerrero is the compassionate force behind SATX Injector, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in the medical field to serve his clients with purpose, skill, and heart. With a nursing career spanning more than 10 years, Richard has made a profound impact across multiple specialties, including Cardiac Telemetry, PCU, ICU, Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, SICU, Trauma, Orthopedics, and Pediatrics.
A true bedside leader, Richard has served as a charge nurse for the past 8 years, offering clinical guidance, emotional support, and expert care to patients and colleagues alike. His journey has also included time as a floor supervising manager for Orthopedics, but it was at the bedside—working closely with patients—where he discovered his true calling.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Richard answered the call as a travel nurse for 3 years, bringing strength, resilience, and critical care to hospitals across the country. His exceptional service and compassionate care have earned him three Daisy Awards, an internationally recognized honor celebrating extraordinary nurses.
Currently, Richard works on a cardiac floor, caring for patients recovering from heart catheterizations, coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgeries, and cardiac stent placements. His deep clinical experience, especially in cardiovascular care, fuels his passion for prevention, wellness, and lifestyle support beyond hospital walls.
This passion is what led Richard to launch SATX Injector—a wellness brand built on the belief that everyone deserves access to affordable, high-quality care. With SATX Injector, he brings his medical knowledge and heartfelt dedication to those seeking weight loss solutions, IV hydration, NAD+ therapy, and more. Richard is committed to walking with his clients on their journey to look and feel their best, even if they’ve struggled to find help in the past.
To Richard, this mission is more than medicine—it’s ministry. He firmly believes that God placed him in this position to serve others, uplift lives, and restore hope in health. Through SATX Injector, he is doing just that—one client at a time.
