There are numerous benefits to exercising. Basically, exercise is just scheduled movement. We exercise our bodies all day long just completing daily tasks.The hardest part about exercise is getting started. Try thinking if someone you enjoy spending time with or someone you would like to get to know better, then invite them for a walk. Walking with someone who engages in good conversation is a positive thing along with the benefit of moving together during conversation. Think about it.

As we grow older, we tend to go back to our roots, and we come to realize that people we have known for years may have never really been our friends at all. We also realize that we don’t have to share the same blood to be family. Life is fleeting and our time on earth is short. Reflect and learn from those who cross our paths because
