Our program involves Hip hop Dance combined with fitness techniques, Pilates, Football drills, and hatha yoga practice.We have weekly classes offered in San Antonio,TX. Follow our Fitness movement, fitness Challenges, online workouts, and Nutritious meal plans online as you can workout with us from the comfort of your own home. Fiercely Fit Fitness Dance DVD will be released Dec. 30th midnight. While working out, we want everyone looking great in our active-wear. Fiercely fit active-wear line will launch Spring 2015 and will be open to public to order at our online store. Fitness is a Lifestyle not a Trend.
