and I am the owner/ instructor of Hardworkpt.com. What I specialize in is total body weight loss for any type of situation. I have been in the field for over 2 years now and have worked with all types of situations from clients with diabetes type 1 and 2, clients with lupus, arthritis, previous injuries that may limit a person, and many more. I have learned what really works for people and what doesn't when it comes to total body weight loss. When you come to my private fitness studio I try my best to eliminate all of the guess work and help you achieve your personal goals and get you into the best shape of your life. A lot of places will say that cardio is the best way to lose weight, others say weight lifting or power lifting is the best way, some even say endurance training is the best way to lose weight. But what I have learned is that you really need to apply all of these techniques together to keep the body active. This will force the human body to adapt to a variety of stressors and always guessing what’s next due to the exercises constantly changing to fit the needs of the client and this is how we get the best physical results possible. I do teach a full body conditioning class and I do apply strength training, resistance training, endurance training and a lot of martial arts techniques to keep my clients motivated and excited during the sessions. Trust me you will learn how to lose weight while learning a good amount of self defense in the process. However I am not going to teach you just boxing or a specific style of martial arts as these classes are created with “fitness” and total body weight loss as a priority over the martial arts. If you would like to learn boxing or kickboxing you will learn a great amount of knowledge but I will more than likely refer you to a martial arts studio that I would recommend especially if I see great potential in the client. I know to get the best results we need to stay consistent and focused. If I can make the financial part of the situation manageable then it makes everything else fall into place so we can accomplish a lot more in a shorter period of time. However these are private sessions and this is a private fitness studio so the membership is limited once the studio has reached a capacity no new members will be taken. Please ask about the waiting list but I will do my best to get you scheduled and in as soon as possible.

I have classes available that are very inexpensive due to I love meeting new people and I love helping others get thru tough situations.
