TOPS TX 1201 Welcome to TOPS TX 1201 Seguin. We are a chapter of Take Off Pounds Sensibly, a non profit organization to help you lose weight and gain a healthy lifestyle.

We meet Friday mornings in the Eden Cross Community Center, 1250 Jefferson Av, Seguin, 9:00 am. Welcome to Taking Off Pounds Sensibly in Seguin, TX

We offer a healthy, caring and supportive approach to weight control, at an affordable price. We are available to anyone who wants to become healthier and lose weight. We also support our members who are maintaining their weight loss. This is a CLOSED group (Anyone can see who in the group, but can't see the posts - more private that way)

Wishing everyone a very happy and healthy holiday season!! TOPS 1201 will be celebrating this coming Friday, Dec. 15 with a gift exchange. We will not be meeting Dec. 22, but we will have a weigh in on Dec. 29th. Looking forward to seeing everyone lighter!! HUGS!!!!

We are still meeting Friday mornings at the Community Center of Eden Cross. Thank you Eden Cross! As per site regulations and for everyone’s health and safety masks must be worn and social distance seating is being utilized.
