I am not going to lie, exercise is not easy for me, it is a sacrifice but I believe that I am more aligned with my life's purpose if I can move my body with ease, My goal is to move my body, jump and run with the freedom and lightness that children have. This might or might not be for you, only you know, but if you have even the slightest desire to improve the way spirit moves thru your body I would highly recommend you moving the body the most you can. 4 years ago we started a quest to find answers that traditional western medicine failed to provide for us, ever since, we have been passionately immersed in holistic practices that have changed our lives greatly. In Learning that this type of therapy was not available in our area, we felt we had no choice but to bring it and share it with the friends of south central Texas.

Holistic means the totality of life, usually when we have several problems, they are all in correlation, we do not want to “cut” our problems, we need to transcend them. Cutting the symptom might not be the best solution, ignoring that there could be an emotional or neurological program creating that biological response in the body, could lead to “chronic illness”
