What a FUN-filled day celebrating Easter at Stonecreek and Hillcrest! 🐰🌸

Our residents, families, staff, and community came together for an unforgettable Easter egg hunt, sweet treats, fun games, and of course—pictures with the Easter Bunny! 📸🥚

We want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who donated—whether it was candy, Easter eggs, or games. Your generosity made this day extra special for our residents and the students at San Augustine Elementary and it truly showed the love and support of our amazing community.

We are forever grateful for each and every one of you who participated and helped bring so much joy and laughter to Hillcrest. 💛

Today at Hillcrest Assisted Living, we spent Good Friday reflecting on the incredible sacrifice made for each of us—a day rooted in love, grace, and remembrance.

We were blessed to share this meaningful time as a family, joined by our residents, their loved ones, and our amazing staff along with their families. It was a beautiful day filled with fellowship, laughter, and togetherness.

We ended the celebration with a fun-filled Easter egg hunt, and to everyone’s delight, the Easter Bunny even made a special appearance! 🐰🥚

What better way to celebrate a PERFECT State Survey and pull off the sweetest surprise party all in one! 🎉

We had the best time honoring Mrs. Dulce as she prepares for her next chapter in Florida—what a beautiful send-off for someone so special.

A huge shoutout to Meghan Marie Williams with Heart to Heart Hospice/Olive Branch for the stunning cake that perfectly captured the moment, and to Morgan Taylor with Doctor's Choice Home Care for the fun and creative “Nacho Average Assisted Living” idea—along with the most amazing nacho bar! 🌮

We are so grateful for the love, support, and community that surrounds Hillcrest. Moments like these remind us just how blessed we are. 💛
