Who else LOVES Clean Simple Eats?? 🙋🏼‍♀️

This is their Thai Crunch Salad and I can’t get enough!!!! So delicious 😋 especially the homemade peanut sauce.

My gym is closing in 10 days. 😭😭

You know what I love most about my gym???

You guessed it: the sauna. Seriously. I love it. The heat helps me relax and recenter myself.

I may need to look into getting a 2-person outdoor one… any great suggestions for one?? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Keep your goals in mind because when you do all of the little things start to add up!!

I’m playing the long game my friends:

I’m consistent with the food I eat
I’m consistent with my supplements
I’m consistent with strength training

I may not see what I want to see in a flash, but that’s ok- I will not be disappointed in 6 months when I’m still consistent!! 💪🏻

4 things you might not know about me!!!

I've been working on clean eating for about 5ish years, and have finally found foods that make me feel great! You know, whole foods that aren't processed! LOL

And I have also been really consistent in strength training to support my overall health!

Of course I love it when my kids want to work out with me! It makes working out so much fun!
