As the CEO and Program Director, my journey in mentoring began in 2011 with the launch of the "Shine Bright Like a Diamond" after-school program in a local Rialto middle school. For over seven years, I dedicated myself to this initiative, until the unexpected waves of Covid-19 prompted us to adapt and evolve. My commitment to empowering each young woman is unwavering. I meticulously oversee every detail of our programs and events, ensuring that they serve as a powerhouse of inspiration and empowerment for your daughter.
