Most of our challenges these days could be tied back to the way we care for our health. Late nights of Netflix, inconsistent sleep, consuming non-nutritious food that aren't nourishing your body with essential nutrients, sitting for long hours a day in front of a screen, stressing over work and goals.
Well I encourage you to practice breath work to help you ease up the struggles, I want you to go one step further into helping you live a healthier lifestyle. Because health is truly our wealth. And health isn't just about your breath, it encompasses every function in your body.
Sometimes we feel overwhelmed on how to take control of our health from all the posts we're bombarded with daily on social media. But going back to the basics is all we need.
