March Offerings ✨️ three brand new experiences I'm so excited to share

I've got a couple beautiful collaborations with soul tribe friends to weave our magic together and create a sacred portal to help people reset so they can blossom with this spring time energy 🌸

Emerging with Compassion is a special collaboration event with to open the heart and align the body, mind and energy to the softness of Compassion for self and others in a time where the chaos of the world pulls at us and we could all use a little more love and light in our inner worlds.

The Full Body Reset is a special event in collaboration with and to create a supportive container to deeply relax, recalibrate and soften into balance. Each of us will be sharing a special experience blended together to create magic.

And a new adventure starting to offer weekly mindfulness art classes for kids at in Coronado. Mindfulness, play, creativity, and fun.

April will bring even more new workshops and new collaborations, plus my intuitive development workshop will be coming back as Lavande emerges from the transformation the studio is undergoing this month.

Healing works best when you work on all the subtle layers of the body: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Some blocks and patterns won’t shift with more therapy or mindset work. Because they didn’t start in your conscious mind... they are living rent free in your subconscious, in your body or in your soul.

As much as I support working with a good therapist, that's not going to take your healing to the next level alone. I've seen it hundreds of times.

Sometimes what’s needed isn’t more processing.

It’s deeper energetic healing.

I love these!

I use each of them in my regular life (the head tapping & the going to the ocean the most).

I teach my clients all of these.

These will all help you regulate from various emotions & experiences - anxiety, daily stress, bad dreams, the chaotic state of the world.

This workshop is an exploration into using your different intuitive gifts to start building relationships with your spirit guides.

This is not just a meditation, its an interactive conversation.

Because lets face it, knowing you have spirit guides but not knowing who they are can feel too broad, if we don’t have a relationship with our guides, we don’t know what signs they send or how they communicate, it’s easy to miss. Just like when a stranger slips into your DMs you are more likely to ignore the message, or not even see it, versus when a good friend sends you a message and you read it as soon as you see it come through.

In this workshop we will cover all the categories of spirit guides (ancestral, main guides, spirit animals, power animals, and so much more). Then we'll go through the interactive experiences.

I love days when the sun plays out its main character energy. When it throws in a little extra look at me shine.

There's no filters on this photo I took this morning, just pure natural beauty, literally glowing with rainbows and making the trees in this photo appear to glow too 😍

The sun holds so many codes for so many things.

Its one of the things we can often take for granted, especially living in a place where its sunny and warm almost year round, when it should be another symbol of abundance.

So if you see this picture on your feed, then next time you see the sun, let it bring a smile to your face while it recharges your energy and reminds you of the abundance all around you ☀️
