A day in the life of a Psychic Medium is never boring!

Especially when your childhood best friend, who is in spirit, has a sense of humor like mine does.

The unhinged things she pops into my mind.

The requests for karaoke in my car to songs like this.

The fart noises she makes when other Mediums try to talk to her 😂😂😂 (yes that really happened once)

I used to want to be normal and not have these types of experiences, so I'd fit in.

But the best part of my healing journey has been to embrace all my magical gifts, because they are part of my authentic self, and learn to attract my tribe that sees me, loves me, and lives for these types of stories.

Name something better than eating free birthday cake by the ocean 🤩 (I'll explain below)

Something I started doing when I began my healing journey years ago is that I always make a big deal out of my birthday month.

Not in a way where I make everyone celebrate me all month.Yes I still do celebrate once or twice with friends & family.

But I make an intention to celebrate myself throughout the month. To honor who I've been and let go of what isn't serving me, to call in better for the year ahead.

I allow myself to slow down and receive some self care service every week, because working in service I need to make sure I'm filling my cup up.

This year it was a Cranial Sacral energy healing, Reiki Facial with and a Psychic Reading with plus I've got a Lymphatic Drainage Massage tomorrow & maybe a Float Tank this week!

Every September, I do a lot of deep reflecting on the previous year, and what went right, recognizing where I've frown, where I'm co-creating my challenges and on the patterns I am not going to be available for this next year.

This year in particular I'm really focusing on change. I've done a lot these last couple of weeks to change the energy in my home, my body, my spirit, my identity. And I'm still in the middle of it, but big things are shifting because of the small changes I already started making like saging my place, and cutting my hair.

I hold gratitude for the incredible group of soul tribe friends I have, the way they've showed up for me in my hard times, the good times we have, the depth of connections we share, and honestly that's one area where I feel enormously wealthy 🩷

I make a point to collect the free birthday gifts and discounts places offer, because it puts me in the energy of abundance, receiving, celebration and gratitude. To help me manifest more blessings in the year ahead.

As I sit here by the ocean eating my free birthday cake, reflecting on all that, I feel so much joy, abundance and gratitude for the life I've lived and the one I'm creating. Even though my actual birthday is next weekend, being in this energy all month helps regulate me and integrate everything with so much more ease.

Eclipses are always an intense period of pressure towards change.

Sometimes we feel it more than others depending on what themes the Eclipse axis is highlighting, where those signs fall in our natal charts & where we are at in our healing journey.

I happen to know quite a bit about this Pisces/Virgo axis, because as an 88 baby I'm in my Nodal Return right there with a whole bunch of other millennials.

The last time this eclipse axis happened like this was in 2006 & 2007.

When the first Pisces/Virgo eclipses happened in March, it became real apparent that even though I knew what was coming I was deeply out of alignment with myself and the way my world fell apart in romance, in work, with my health was a struggle. The universe was not fvcking around with me any more and it showed.

But I let the things fall apart instead of fighting to control.

I went deeper into my own shadow work and healing journey.

And I leaned into surrender (again).

And honestly because of that work, this eclipse portal feels so much easier!! Like light-years of difference.

Yes I'm still working through the triggers as things come up, but with so much more ease and speed that I know massive shifts are ahead for me and I'm excited and ready to see what magic gets to come in because I'm doing the hard work right now.

The inner work you do now sets the energetic tone for the next 6 months & we have one more eclipse on this axis in Feb/March of 2026.

This time is not meant to scare you or just to make life hard, its meant to accelerate you on your soul path.

You just have to choose to co-create the magic by doing the inner work.

Sure, winging it still gets you there eventually.

Although it invited a little more chaos and confusion into the narrative.

But if you had the cliff notes on what you're going through and a detailed outline on how to heal it, you'd get there a hell of a lot quicker.

That's just a fact.

Like if you were driving someplace you've only been to once, would you use a navigation system or just trust that you think you kind of remember and would probably figure it out eventually?

I always use a little bit of Human Design and Astrology in my coaching.

Because why not use the resources that literally answer the questions people have about navigating life, core wounds, shadow work and healing?!

Sometimes we get alllll the signs, but trying to understand what they mean can get frustrating.

Like, in the middle of a another dark night of the Soul and you're feeling unstable as you mentally process wtf just happened, then you see 777...like whats that supposed to mean?!

Or, you're dating someone that just crossed a boundary in a toxic way, and you're thinking about ending it but then you see an 11:11 and TikTok told you that means they are your Twin Flame 🤦🏻‍♀️ I clearly have some stuff to say about that lol but another post for another day

Or a Dragonfly almost flies into your car at the coffee shop drive through, your coffee ticket number is 555 and then you see a Dragonfly bummer sticker after you reach your destination (that was me on Saturday lol)

As a Psychic Medium & Galatic Channel who teaches others to tap into their intuition, I often get asked:
What is a sign?
How do I know if its a sign?
What does it mean?

The simplest answer:

A) If your actively looking for it, its not a sign that's your ego seeking validation (sorry not sorry), its a sign when its a synchronicity that pops into your awareness.

B) The meaning is about resonance in your field, some one somewhere may have channeled that Butterflies 🦋 mean transformation, but if your friend that is in spirit has butterflies engraved on her headstone you will have a very different understanding than someone else.

C) Sometimes its not even about the actual meaning, especially when it comes to angel numbers (although 888 always gets me excited about money coming my way haha) its about the fact that when you're in alignment you'll notice a lot more synchronicities.

Puppy Yoga was such a vibe 🥰

The sweetness, the play, the curiosity are good for the soul.

Part of my astrology complex is that I can take life too serious at times, but my North Node is in my 5th house...

Meaning my life lessons are around learning to experience more joy and play, self-discovery and that to shine my light I have to show up as a leader in authenticity through joy. It's my dharma not to blend into the background this time around.

While my spiritual gifts lean deep into supporting clients with the intense shadow work - past lives, soul contracts, karmic lessons, trauma, etc - the hard stuff thats difficult to navigate and the unseen connections our subconscious and soul make that show up in the limiting beliefs and the patterns we feel stuck in.

I need to balance all of that out with play, with silliness, with fun in my personal life and in business (which is why I also teach Psychic Development and I'm finally getting ready to launch my Psychic insights telegram channel).

So I'll be switching gears into showing up more... more of me in all my authentic weird silly playful glory, more light, but also the same depth because I find that fun too.
