After celebrating a milestone birthday during a time that once triggered me, I chose to replace a painful day with new memories rooted in love and intention. I thank my husband, Michael, for that. That choice alone had a meaningful impact on my nervous system and overall well-being.
This past year included new destinations, intentional time with the people I love, and the quiet work of managing everything in between. As I close the chapter on an important educational goal, I pause to acknowledge something I don’t often say: I’m proud of myself. The past two years required perseverance and patience, and I stayed committed.
I also reflected on how my definition of success has shifted. In my earlier years, I once believed money would give me validation. Purpose taught me something deeper. Growth has taught me that fulfillment comes from alignment, not external measures.
I’m entering this next season grounded, aware that transitions are ahead, and equipped with the tools I’ve built. This year reminded me that moving forward with love always matters.
My intention for this year is to step fully into She Is Becoming.
Create space for connection and walk beside women ready to heal with intention and live purposefully.
May this year bring renewal, peace, and healing. When you heal, you don’t just change your own life; you impact those around you. This is how generational healing begins.
Stick around.
You’ll be seeing She Is Becoming show up more boldly - creating space, offering tools, and supporting women as they step into their next chapter.
