Starting somewhere new can feel like a risk. Let me take the mystery out of it.

Here’s exactly what happens in your first hour at Rx Rehab.

By the time you leave, you’ll have:
✓ A clear understanding of what’s actually wrong
✓ A specific plan to address it
✓ Exercises you can start that day
✓ No runaround, no vague follow-up schedule

If that sounds different from what you’ve experienced before — it is.

Early in my career I realized something: the system wasn’t built to fix people. It was built to manage them.

Volume-based care means short visits, fast turnovers, and treatment plans that keep you coming back — not plans that make coming back unnecessary.

I wanted to build something different.

Every patient at Rx Rehab gets a full hour. Just us. No handoffs, no rushing, no assembly line. The kind of attention that actually lets me find what’s driving the problem — and fix it.

That decision wasn’t about business. It was about what kind of care I could actually stand behind.

If you’ve ever felt like a number in a system — that’s not how it works here.

Three phases. That’s the whole system.

Simple concept. The ex*****on is where most clinics fall short.

Phase 1: Find the actual problem.
Phase 2: Build a specific plan for that problem.
Phase 3: Keep going until you’re stronger than before.

Most people I see have had Phase 1 skipped entirely — symptom management dressed up as a diagnosis.

When you start at the root, everything works faster and lasts longer.

Save this. Share it with someone stuck in the cycle.

“Just rest it” is the most expensive advice you’ll ever take.

Rest has a role — the first 24–48 hours after an acute injury, it’s appropriate. After that?

Graded, controlled movement is what heals tissue. It drives blood flow. It signals repair. It retrains the nervous system to trust the area again.

Sitting it out for 3 weeks and returning to the same pattern almost guarantees it comes back.

This is one of the first things we address at Rx Rehab — the right movement, at the right load, at the right time.

At most clinics: tech does your exercises, doctor pops in for 8 minutes, you leave with a follow-up appointment scheduled.

That’s the volume-based model.

At Rx Rehab: one hour, one provider, every time. No handoffs.

Because your body changes during a session. What I find at minute 20 affects what I do at minute 40. If I’m not there for all of it — I miss it.

The details are where the diagnosis lives.

Three movements. That’s all I need to understand what’s happening in your hip.

Not an MRI. Not a 45-minute intake form. Three functional tests that show me exactly where the system is failing.

Hip pain is rarely just a hip problem — it’s a question of what isn’t working, and what’s compensating because of it.

If you’ve been dealing with hip pain and nothing has worked — chances are the root cause was never properly assessed.

DM me HIP and let’s figure out what’s actually going on.

Hot take: icing your injury might be slowing your recovery.

RICE — Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation — was the standard for 40 years. It’s not anymore.

The research has moved on. Inflammation is a signal your body is trying to run. Suppressing it chronically interferes with the repair process.

Swipe to see what’s actually supported now — and what to do instead.

Save this. One of the most common misconceptions I see.

The first question I ask every new patient isn’t about pain.

It’s: “What do you want to be able to do that you can’t right now?”

Because pain is just the thing in the way. The goal is what matters. When we’re clear on what we’re building toward — treatment has a direction.

Want to squat again? Run a half marathon? Sleep through the night? Get back on the field?

That’s what we work toward. The pain goes away because we remove what’s causing it.

This is the line that drives every decision we make here.

The industry is built around managing symptoms. Return visits. Temporary relief. A model that needs you to keep coming back.

I built Rx Rehab around the opposite.

Find the root cause. Fix it. Send you out better than before. Done.

That means longer visits. More of my time invested per patient. A different kind of conversation.

It also means results that last.

If that’s what you’re looking for — you’re in the right place.
