A Kundalini Awakening 🧬 Opens the Doors🚪 , but You Still Have to Walk Through Them 🕊️🌟

A KA clears a LOT of energetic baggage & opens you up to Miracles 🪄. It also brings up a LOT.

As you do the inner work, you align more & more to love ❤️ , & abundance, love 💗, & peace expand within & in your outer reality.

- seeing others as a divine mirror 🪞 reflecting back to me all aspects of myself & the love I hold for self
- returning to my center & to peace / love ❤️ continuously / asap as my nervous system allows after any upset
- choosing to fully love & honor myself & my body
- giving my heart ❤️ it’s proper place & practicing / reminding self to drop more into her
- cultivating a peace 🕊️ within that is unshakable & only builds
- choosing myself & my peace amidst fawning / people pleasing

Kundalini Awakening Integration 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🧘🏻‍♂️ 🪄

A kundalini awakening brings up a LOT. The higher realizations & realizations of oneness, love, compassion, unity.

It also brings up all your s**t to the surface to heal. Yep. All your traumas, fears, things you suppressed or ignored. This is bc these things are NOT aligned with love 💗 & your soul is helping you step into love through your awakening.

Helloooo awakening. It can be uncomfortable AF sometimes, UNTIL, you face it, & then you’re rewarded with the gifts of an awakening. More love, truth, peace 🕊️ , embodiment ❤️, purpose.

It’s also beautiful when you have the larger realizations but an awakening is not meant to be lived off of this high. That’s called spiritual bypassing, to continually seek a high without doing any integration or inner work.

That’s where integration comes in. The actual work of reaching this enlightenment & embodiment is through our daily realizations, actions, choices.

If you experience the feeling of oneness during a session with me, do you leave & then treat someone like trash ? Or do you choose compassion.

Do you repeat the same patterns or do you start to see the cycle & actively try to heal or break it by making different choices?

No one is perfect but luckily we have multiple opportunities to make a different choice & this is where integration comes in.

Like, why wouldn’t I move away from the city? 😆 less smog, less EMFs, less chaos. I still enjoy being in between both worlds for now 👀 close enough to still quickly go to some of my faves in the city.

A Kundalini Awakening 🧬💫 will definitely lead you on your path & is what brought me here ✨ . Years ago I thought I’d have bought my own condo somewhere in mission valley (no thanks 😅). Then hello awakening.. less city & more nature 🍃 lol.

Early 2024, I got a psychic message I’d be moving further away from the city & it felt right. Then rt after that, a 60 day notice (condo owner was selling) & the perfect home (for now) was lined up for me in lakeside 🏡 with nature, stillness, etc.

When I moved, I knew I’d be connecting with horses 🐎 . Well, I found em ! My buddy Tucker has a lot of trauma & root chakra issues (I get it my friend) so that’s mainly who I go see, but I do have to visit all the animals while I’m there; they all LOVE the sound healing. 😭

Tucker is the white horse with the brown spots loving the sound bath, super focused 👁️, but watching from a distance lol. ❤️💫

These furry friends are well loved, all have names & their personalities lol 😆- if you visit just know that Apollo the duck 🦆 likes to call the shots & if you’re female he’ll likely try to mate with your ankle or foot lol.

Also, apparently I’m in my Snow White era, just out here sound bathing these beautiful rescues 🥰🐴 🫏 🐐 🦆.

Connecting with animals has been a gift since childhood. They used to follow me when I walked solo to & from school & home 🏡 as a kid. I was 7-8 y/o always coming home with a new cat or dog asking if we could keep them 🥲🤷🏻‍♀️😅.

Animals are such a gift to humanity 💝. If you’re neurodivergent &/ or have complex trauma (I have both lol) please make sure to spend some time in nature & with animals. Your nervous system will appreciate it. 😊💫❤️🍃🐴.

My Kundalini Activation ⚡️ & Shamanic Healing. 💫🪄

Just a reminder that this is YOUR soul, & YOUR life, not anyone else’s. So then why are you asking permission to live it? Why are you caught in people pleasing, or caring about what others think, shrinking instead of stepping into your own truth, or leaking your energy into various obligations that drain you rather than honoring yourself?

Every time you do so, you lose, reject & create further separation within yourself & detract from your wholeness.

They say Authenticity IS the highest frequency, higher than Love ❤️. Not debating the truth of this, but it’s up there. And it makes sense.

God created you & you chose this Avatar, so that you could fully embody it & have fun with it while experiencing life !

People chose different lessons, different experiences, different pathways & that’s OK. But are you honoring yours ? Or are you still trying to fit a mold that you didn’t create.

It’s time to break free so that you can live a truly Authentic life. 🦋

You are not behind. From a higher perspective, the soul is eternal & there is plenty of “time”. And if you’re on the path of awakening, beautiful 🤩 use it to go all in & connect deeply to yourself, source, your purpose etc. It’s beautiful that you chose this life to remember & evolve & not the next one 😅❤️💫.

In the next life, we pick up where we left off ❤️.

When we don’t work through our lessons, they accumulate & carry over into the next life .. doesn’t sound fun to me 😅.

To the contrary, when we choose to heal & work through our lessons with spiritual maturity, choose ourselves, love, etc, we carry this wisdom & consciousness into the next life 🪄 cool stuff !

A Kundalini Awakening is a huge GIFT 💝.

This is because the journey will bring you back home 🏡 to yourself, back into peace 🕊️, your truth, your authenticity, & back home to Source. We never truly left but you begin to build a stronger conscious connection to source & your intuition & make more conscious choices.

During an awakening we can experience so many beautiful things & blessings 🕊️.

However, we may also experience allll the things we suppressed 👀, come up to the surface 🌊. This is nothing to be afraid of. It’s nothing external or outside of you. This is just allllll the stuff you’ve been carrying within & which you now have the capacity to heal & address.

On the other side of doing so ? A life where you are embodied, connected to YOUR light, truth, authenticity. You are no longer living someone else’s life with expectations & programming lingering over your soul.

Thankfully, you don’t have to do it alone ❤️🕊️💫. I have walked, & continue to walk, my own talk. The path of transformation. I have the capacity to hold space for & help others transform & I enjoy doing so 😃.

Every choice is either getting you closer to your hearts desires or .. it’s not.

The choices are yours to make, & yours alone. God won’t choose for you. You choose then receive support.

This also doesn’t mean constantly “doing” or taking action.

A conscious aligned choice & action can also look like space for you to receive, rest, integrate.

But this is different than being sloppy with & leaking your energy.

Everytime you choose or allow yourself to doom scroll, be consumed by worries, fears, or negative thoughts, blame others, doubt yourself & hold back/ play small, put others before yourself, & more, you are leaking your energy & giving your power away & delaying what’s meant for you.

Thankfully, we are powerful beings with an endless amount of opportunities to shift.

So every time you:
- Choose yourself
- Love yourself
- Heal
- Honor & tend to your needs
- Follow your intuition
- Take aligned action
- Heal a pattern or are amidst doing so such as stopping yourself mid pattern & choosing differently
- Continue to make aligned choices
- Co-create with Source etc

You step back into your power & embody your energy & then .. the universe responds to match you 💗💫.

So today I invite you to ask yourself where am I still leaking my energy & giving my power away? Is it a fear? Is it a negative thought pattern or behavior? And then following up with what conscious aligned choice can I make to transcend & alchemize this? It starts with small shifts.

Maybe it’s no phone before bed or upon waking. Maybe it’s 5-10 minutes to just be with yourself daily to see what comes up & to honor your emotions.

The choice & power to shift is yours .. 💫

The message I channeled yesterday 🕊️

Many of us were raised in fear as our parents operated in a whole different way.

Maybe they:
- stayed small
- didn’t live the life they desired, connect with their one true love, pursue their passions etc
- were completely committed to their obligations they had no time for themselves
- grew resentful at life & projected on those they loved
- Had a misbelief that “this is just how life is” or that you can’t have it all
- Believed they weren’t deserving of more
- Avoided their healing
- Etc
- & bc they made these choices from fear, then passed this energy on to their children

Wars - fear
Abuse - anger as the secondary emotion likely stemming from .. fear
Religions / beliefs where God allegedly casts people into hell for what they do or don’t do 🫠🫠 - fear. Yall, God is love 💗.

Fear is not God’s creation & when we operate from fear, we block our own blessings.

So maybe you were raised in fear, but that is NOT your truth. You ARE worthy to live your life’s dreams & of having ALL of your heart’s desires.

You can’t change your childhood nor those around you but you CAN align to YOUR truth, to your Divine Self which is Love & was created from Love. ❤️

All that’s needed to get started ? A simple Choice to break up with fear.

God created you as a beautiful creation, a bright light that came from this larger bright light ✨.

You carry your divine self with you wherever you go. God didn’t create you with fear or limiting beliefs. So.. break up with them, bc they are not you.

The difference between someone who is on a conscious path of remembrance & someone who isn’t yet, is that for the former, when things arise we face them & we move forward. For the latter, folks choose to avoid & stay small & miserable until they make a different choice.

It all starts with Awareness & then a Choice, let the rest unfold as you continue to make this conscious choice.

Life during & after a virtual 1:1 today 😆💫. Luckily I can do my work almost on autopilot but as I had a random thought, a bird 🐦 literally flew in & out of my house 🏡. If that’s not the uni talking to me I don’t know what is lol 😆.

Uni is always talking to me & literally this was one of the loudest messages I’ve gotten. Lol 😆 but stuff like this happens to me all the time. Bees 🐝 landing on me, etc. Allow source/ uni to guide you & it will 💫.

Gizmo always with his super innocent face 🐶 👀 after he completely creates havoc lol.
