Members Only Saturday Reset
Restore and Stretch with Tess
Join us for a 30 minute guided deep stretch to help your body recover after a full week of movement. This class will move through slow, mindful barre inspired stretches with calming music, low lighting, and space to fully unwind.
It is a chance to restore your body, reset your mind, and reconnect with yourself while spending time with the Spirit Barre community in a more grounded, relaxed way.
As part of Member Appreciation Month, this complimentary class is our thank you for being part of Spirit Barre!
