Our Feminine Fall
We as women naturally begin to retreat inwards, need more recovery after physical demands and have a lower social bandwidth.
Perfect time to enjoy your home, family, and REST!
Just like a tree prepares for its winter hibernation by shedding its leaves and sending sap into its roots, women can lean into this natural rhythm by storing mental and emotional energy!
Then, during our "Spring" we will have ample energy to burst into projects, spending time connecting with our friends, coworkers, and meeting new people.
But... at this time, we may want to pay more attention to our energy needs, rest when we're tired, spend time refreshing our home, organizing, and taking a bit more time for self care.
For me, this means:
🌱 Taking the time to walk my garden...
☕ Enjoy my coffee a little longer in the morning...
🫖 Having an evening cup of herbal tea...
💤 Setting a night where there is not work, project, or task weighing over me...
