I’m back from the hiatus. It’s been a minute but glad to be back.

Tennis 🎾 Elbow is something that a lot of people have been asking me about.

There’s no 1 single treatment. It really does depend on what you’re feeling and associated symptoms. So it’s hard to say that these 3 exercises will cure your elbow.

Also check out they were generous enough to let me try out their products and I’m amazed at how wel they’ve been working.

Todays post we’re using a micro roller from and it works great. I actually use it while on my desk regularly.

🥩 The difference in fat, muscle tissue and bone size is extreme.⁠ Never give up and never stop exercising. This is the real deal. We will lose muscle mass just by doing nothing.

🧠 I know most of us during our busy schedules have little time to think of exercising, I’m guilty of it too, but we have to keep moving especially as we get older👍🏼

This meme is honest truth about almost every injury, almost every persons pain, almost everything that you go through. There are very little things in life and especially related to Physical Therapy that fits inside a nice symmetrical box 📦.

🧠 Imagine how easy it would be and how simplistic it would be if every persons injury required the same exact treatment. That may work if our bodies were all made alike. It’s very naïve to think that one person‘s pain is equivalent to another persons pain.

🕰 imagine AGE for example. Something as simple as your age can be a determining factor to know stages of healing, tissue irritability, how long it may take for you to recover, how severe the injury might have been and what type of diagnosis it might be. This variable alone, plays a huge role in how we look at someone. So if you think about age as well as gender, stage of injury, how you got injured, how severe the injury was, there are so many different factors involved in determining what source of treatment is required for you in your particular state.

So when someone comes to me and asks me, “What should I do about this _____?”

My answer will always be “it depends”. My answer will always start with questions because, you as an individual answering my questions, will help me determine how best to treat you.
