I’ve been quite on here for a while, as I take space to integrate some major life transitions, but I felt a strong pull to share my celebration of yet another big leap of professional & spiritual growth with my community.
I began my journey with Innerdance 2 years ago after I felt a clear calling to explains on my then practice of Kundalini Activation. The calling I felt came from a very deep, sacred and millennia old part of my soul, and ignoring it was never an option. That’s when I found Serena Olsen one of the original creators of Innerdance alongside Pi. Serena, not only helped expand my knowledge of what I was already practicing but took me to personal and professional depths I never imagined possible. In the process of expanding this work, I experienced many deaths and even more rebirths of body, mind and spirit. This 2 year training expanded my inner and outer worlds to infinity and beyond. ♾️💕
I’ve been sharing and holding space with innerdance soundscapes for a year and I look forward to continue to do that all over the world in 2025! I will be offering training within this modality so stay tuned for updates in March of next year.
I’m forever grateful to the mentors and teachers I’ve had along this path of spiritual growth and I’m humbled to continue in their footsteps and help heal our world one human, one sound at a time.

When I created this IG account in 2019 I wanted to post in the feed resources and writings about holistic wellness & all things energy healing, and to post about current events only in my stories. For the past 3.5 months, the story feed of this business account has featured very few posts that amplify the experiences of the P@lestinain people & the actions taken by global communities to end the genocide against them. Although I’ve been much more vocal and active on my personal account, I’ve come to realize and confront my own fears & bias about posting on these issues on here. I am feeling deeply ashamed of that!The fear of losing followers/freinds and becoming a target for trolls has left me largely silent on here. I’ve come to see how selfish and unjust these fears are in the face of oppression & g€nocide. As a white-presenting woman, living in an abled body and a more privileged life than most, I feel the responsibility to, at the very least, amplify the voices of the oppressed & less privileged. I’ve always considered myself to be someone who stands up for justice for all and in the last few years, just like some other white & privileged people I’ve had to examine a lot of shadows imposed by a broken systems & unquestioned privilege.And I am still unlearning!

Wild Warriors healing together ⚔️🛡️🐸🔥
I continue to be reminded and humbled by the spirit of Kambo. We’re all here to live life and the expand on our human experience for all that it is. Pain and pleasure, discomfort and ease, fear and freedom, and everything in between! We have the capacity for ALL of it! We just need to allow for surrender and make space for all of it with an open heart and a pure intention.
Today the medicine opened me up more so that I can be a vessel through which others can alchemize their hard thoughts & feelings. My chosen path of space holder and healer requires continuous expansion and inquiry of EVERYTHING that comes up, no matter how uncomfortable or triggering. As I continue to process my own conditionings and move through my own healing, I now know I CAN also hold that sacred space for others while they create enough space within themselves to continue that journey on their own.
Forever grateful to for bringing this medicine in my life and to my soul sister for saying YES to this wild warrior ride with me! 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼❤️
