I’ve kept things Sustainable & Progressive.

By FOLLOWING The System The Metabolic Priming System.

I’ve been Strength Training 2-4 days per week, for 20-40 mins.šŸ’Ŗ

Didn’t track my food, and more-less ate whatever I wanted.. (Imagine if I did track my intake, I would be NASTY)

I walked every day for 30 mins as a morning routine, while checking my phone and replying to messages. šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø

Played soccer ⚽ for an hour twice a week.

This Progress didn't happen overnight, I went through lots of trial and error.
