No more spirals. No more fear. No more doubt. I thought if I could ...

I used to believe healing would make me untouchable.

No more spirals. No more fear. No more doubt. I thought if I could just do the work hard enough, I’d graduate from being human. But healing didn’t sterilize my life.

It softened my defenses.
It gave me language.
It gave me tools to meet myself with compassion when things cracked open again.

Now, I don’t shame myself for circling back to old wounds. I know how to hold them without getting swallowed. So if you’re in a season that doesn’t feel shiny or resolved, let this be your reminder: 
You don’t need to fix it all. You just need to stay with yourself.

Try this:
Stop asking “what’s wrong with me?”
Start asking “what part of me still needs to be loved here?”
