Part 1, Self-Care First Aid- you’ll explore simple self-care tools and guided journaling to calm your mind and reconnect with yourself.

Part 2, Fitness & Nutrition For Intuitive Healing - we’ll focus on real food and movement as medicine—tools to help you release stress, support your gut, and gently restore your energy.

Part 3, Pour In to Yourself Power Hour- you’ll put it all into practice with hands-on strategies like boundary-setting, guided meditations, and reflection prompts you can return to anytime life gets loud.

This evening we discussed fitness and intuitive nutrition and supplementation. We had a conversation about lowered s*x drive and hormones in men and women, foods that disrupt mood and cause mental decline. As well as foods and exercise that promote cancer prevention, boost mood and increase s*x drive.

When asked how do you keep, improve, heal or maintain your gut health? Or, how is it you still have energy to run all those miles, stay hydrated maintain a healthy heart ? With cancer running ramped on both sides of your family for generations, how are you cancer free and running over 50? Me: I eat the way I was meant to. The way all humans should be eating. I exercise, practice holistic health and integrative healing. I don’t poison my body with unnecessary medications doctors have tried to force feed me. I advocate for myself. I educate myself on foods that heal, prevent and cure. I don’t drink hard alcohol. Nor soda. I haven’t had fast food in over 2 decades. I balance my macros based on my lifestyle. Not somebody else’s. There’s no such thing as shortcuts. I don’t do quick fixes like diets. I’ve learned to eat healthy. I’ve learned to make intentional and mindful choices about my body. My mental health and self care practices. This plate of fruit has more power than you can ever imagine. Watermelon: Vitamin C, potassium, skin protection, lowers blood pressure, helps regulate glucose, cancer fighter. Hydrates. One watermelon contains 200MG of Lycopene. For you bovine collagen users, watermelon has plenty. So does pineapple. Plant based is a healthier option. My question is, how is it you continually refuse to make the necessary healthy changes for you? When will you be willing, wanting and ready? Have A Fit Day! ~Coach Theresa Wells
