Whether you're juggling parenting, caregiving, or just trying to keep up with life while your health quietly suffers, this space is about pressing pause, tending to yourself, and learning how to feel good in your body again.
Part 1, Self-Care First Aid- you’ll explore simple self-care tools and guided journaling to calm your mind and reconnect with yourself.
Part 2, Fitness & Nutrition For Intuitive Healing - we’ll focus on real food and movement as medicine—tools to help you release stress, support your gut, and gently restore your energy.
Part 3, Pour In to Yourself Power Hour- you’ll put it all into practice with hands-on strategies like boundary-setting, guided meditations, and reflection prompts you can return to anytime life gets loud.
This is your invitation to stop just getting through the day—and start healing from the inside out.
