“I thought I just needed to do more…”
That’s what told me when we first spoke.

But her time was limited as a mom and couldn’t imagine squeezing in more into her day.

She was doing:
Pilates.
Trying to get 10k daily.
Working with a personal trainer.
And thought about adding running again.

But the scale wouldn’t move.
It had been 3 years since she had her son and she was ready to feel confident in her body again.

Cyndi didn’t need more effort.
She needed the right strategy built for her life.

Most women get stuck in trying to do what worked before kids or in their 20s.

Instead I work with Cyndi to build a plan that worked for now.

A meal plan that removed all the guess work but she was still able to enjoy family meals.

Workouts 3-4 times a week that focused on toning.

“I feel like I should of lost the weight by now” my daily thoughts

Especially because I’ve done this before and I help women achieve their weight loss so I know what it takes

But mom life plus work can demand a lot from me

And there were a few weeks where I just paused and cruised

So although I feel like it has taken me forever to lose this last 4 lbs

This is the stage where my body completely transforms

This just shows to you that consistency will always be key

On days I get discouraged I look at my progress at how far I have come

“I didn’t think I had the time”

That’s what kept telling herself.

She was 6 months postpartum and was wanting to get back to feeling confident in her body again.

But she was also a full-time working mom.
No time for long workouts.
No energy to keep starting over and over again.

Allison was tired of doing on her own.

So when she reached out we focused on building a plan that would fit her busy mom life.

With started with:
• 3 home workouts (30 min max) that she could do before her baby woke up or she could do during naps

• Workouts were focused around strength and not cardio

• Nutrition that kept fueled for energy in her day while losing a lb a week

• Weekly accountability to keep her on track

4 months later…

Allison lost 15 lbs and back into her pre-baby jeans
