3 things I’m doing this year so I can feel GOOD on my wedding day🤍

1. Anti-inflammatory foods daily- not only to reduce puffiness, but also for energy and mood
2. weekly strength training - I want to feel strong and toned on my wedding day
3. skincare from the inside out - haven’t nailed down my skincare routine but it starts from inside anyways. gut supporting foods, healthy fats, and lots of water each day for this. upping my glutathione & vitamin c intake as well.

any other 2026 brides want to hold each other accountable??
