The Ergo Expert

The Ergo Expert TheErgoExpert: Providing Ergonomic Education, Productivity, and Comfort to your Work Space. Servic The Ergo Expert transpired from the Covid pandemic.

Our 10 year company, Two Hands Wellness Events had to close our doors multiple times because of the mandated closures in CA. Because of the growing virtual community, I wanted to help the Work from Home community and educate in pain prevention and bring awareness to mental health through our services. The Ergo Expert: Providing Ergonomic Education, Productivity, and Comfort to your Work Space. Ergonomics is the study of people's efficiency in their working environment. Because we come in all different shapes and sizes, ergonomic education is important. We provide different services like: 1-1 Ergo Assessments, Group Assessments, New Office Set ups, and a Train the Trainer Program. Because a majority of the community is at home, we also wanted to help support any kind of mental state that may arise. Therefore, we created "Brain Breaks" for our Corporate clients. Brain Breaks consist of stretching, breathwork and meditation. When we are all able to center and ground ourselves, we are able to become more creative and see things from a different perspective. As passionate as I am with preventative education through ergonomics, it has been a challenge because some are unaware of their ergonomics while working. Some say that their WFH situation is temporary, so they "tough" through the pain because they will be back at work soon. It's been about a year since the beginning of the pandemic and we all have a "new norm". Working from home might be a permanent "norm" for some. NOW is the time to take care of yourselves and those around us. To help bring awareness and ergonomic education to light, I started to the new brand: The Ergo Expert. I want to make ergonomics sexy, fun, bright, and exciting. I am teaming up with interior designers and local companies to spread the word of Wellness.

When someone cares about ergonomics as much as you do…
that’s self-care energy. 💻✨

In 2026, self-care isn’t just skincare or rest days.
It’s how you support your body while you work.

Because real self-care looks like:
• switching positions instead of pushing through
• supporting your posture before pain starts
• choosing comfort during long hours
• working in ways your body can sustain

Standing desks, movement breaks, and proper support aren’t “extra” —
they’re part of taking care of yourself.

Our Ergo Essentials Kit is designed to make everyday work feel easier on your body — whether you’re sitting, standing, or switching it up throughout the day.

When you genuinely love talking about posture and comfort at work 😌

It’s not just a job — it’s noticing:
• why your neck hurts
• why your back tightens up
• why sitting all day feels exhausting
• and how small changes make a big difference

Because helping people work without pain is something we actually care about.

Call it passion.
Call it obsession.
We want people to feel better at the end of the day.

💬 What’s something you could talk about all day?

01/06/2026

Consider this your reminder to pause for a second.

Our bodies weren’t built to stay in one position all day — and it shows. Small breaks throughout the day (aka micro breaks) can make a real difference.

Why they matter:
• short breaks help reset focus and mental energy
• they lower the risk of aches, stiffness, and muscle strain
• they give your eyes a break from dryness, headaches, and blurry vision

You don’t need a long break to feel better.
Sometimes a minute or two is enough to reset.

And when you’re back at your desk, having the right support helps too. Our Ergo Kit is designed to support long workdays and make sitting more comfortable.

So before you keep scrolling…
take a breath, move a little, and give your body a break.

Back-to-back holidays have me forgetting what day it is…
and apparently forgetting my posture too 😬

One minute you’re relaxed.
Next minute you realize your neck has been slowly drifting forward all week.

That’s how tech neck sneaks in — not from one bad day, but from days of sitting, scrolling, and working without noticing.

Quick reminders when getting back into routine:
• lift your screen closer to eye level
• sit with back support (don’t hover forward)
• relax your shoulders
• reset your posture every now and then

You don’t need perfect posture.
You just need awareness and support.

If you’re easing back into work after the holidays, our Ergo Kit is designed to help support better posture and comfort during long screen days.

The holidays are meant to feel warm, calm, and comfortable —
your work setup should feel the same.

Whether you’re finishing a few last tasks, checking emails, or working quietly today,
your body still deserves support.

A more comfortable setup can help reduce:
• back and neck tension
• stiffness from long sitting
• end-of-day fatigue

Because comfort isn’t just for days off —
it’s part of taking care of yourself, especially during busy seasons.

✨ This is what we mean by posture made simple.

If you’re ready to make your workdays more comfortable, our Ergo Kit, now just $10 use code: ERGO2025 valid until Friday only!

Working in bed feels like the easiest option—
until your body starts to complain.

The problem isn’t working in bed.
It’s how you’re doing it.

If this is your setup, here’s how to make it more pain-free:
• sit more upright instead of curling forward
• support your back and arms (pillows help)
• bring your screen closer to eye level
• avoid working flat on the mattress
• keep sessions short and move after

Small changes can mean less neck strain, less back tension, and better focus.

One thing that helps a lot when working in bed?
A lap desk—it supports your laptop, improves screen height, and reduces strain on your neck and shoulders.

We have a lap desk available on the Ergo Expert website as part of our ergonomics solutions.

💬 Comment “DESK” and I’ll send you the link.

Be honest—do you work in bed when things get busy?

You’re not lazy. You’re cognitively tired. 🧠

You can sit all day with zero body pain
and still feel completely drained after work.

That’s not physical fatigue —
it’s how your work setup + habits affect your brain (aka ergonomics).

Too much screen time, nonstop pings, barely moving, barely breathing 😮‍💨
Your body feels fine, but your nervous system isn’t.

✨ Try small fixes:
• change positions
• look away from the screen
• breathe between tasks
• move for 1–2 minutes

Tiny changes = a big energy shift.

If you want extra support for long workdays, our Ergo Essential Kit is designed to help reduce strain and improve comfort.

If your desk has you ending the day like 😩… yeah, it’s probably not you — it’s your setup.

Tiny tweaks = BIG relief.
Raise your screen a bit → neck feels better.
Fix your chair height → back stops screaming.
Add wrist support → shoulders chill out.

Which is why Ergo Essentials Kit exists… all those “wait, why does this help so much?” fixes packed together so your desk finally chills out.

Your workspace should feel good — not like a battle zone.
Your future pain-free self says thank you. 💛

Café workdays always look perfect… until your back starts plotting revenge. 😅☕️

But good news — you don’t have to choose between the cute aesthetic and feeling good later. A few tiny tweaks can make your café setup way more body-friendly:

✨ Lift your laptop
Use a book, your bag, anything to stop the “tech neck” slump.

✨ Sit back, not forward
Leaning into the table = instant shoulder tension.

✨ Keep your feet supported
If they’re dangling, your lower back does all the work.

✨ Change positions every 20–30 minutes
Cafés are for vibes, not all-day stiffness.

Aesthetic + comfort = the real productivity hack.
If you want more quick fixes for working on the go, tell me and I’ll share a part two.
