The Ergo Expert TheErgoExpert: Providing Ergonomic Education, Productivity, and Comfort to your Work Space. Servic The Ergo Expert transpired from the Covid pandemic.

Our 10 year company, Two Hands Wellness Events had to close our doors multiple times because of the mandated closures in CA. Because of the growing virtual community, I wanted to help the Work from Home community and educate in pain prevention and bring awareness to mental health through our services. The Ergo Expert: Providing Ergonomic Education, Productivity, and Comfort to your Work Space. Erg

onomics is the study of people's efficiency in their working environment. Because we come in all different shapes and sizes, ergonomic education is important. We provide different services like: 1-1 Ergo Assessments, Group Assessments, New Office Set ups, and a Train the Trainer Program. Because a majority of the community is at home, we also wanted to help support any kind of mental state that may arise. Therefore, we created "Brain Breaks" for our Corporate clients. Brain Breaks consist of stretching, breathwork and meditation. When we are all able to center and ground ourselves, we are able to become more creative and see things from a different perspective. As passionate as I am with preventative education through ergonomics, it has been a challenge because some are unaware of their ergonomics while working. Some say that their WFH situation is temporary, so they "tough" through the pain because they will be back at work soon. It's been about a year since the beginning of the pandemic and we all have a "new norm". Working from home might be a permanent "norm" for some. NOW is the time to take care of yourselves and those around us. To help bring awareness and ergonomic education to light, I started to the new brand: The Ergo Expert. I want to make ergonomics sexy, fun, bright, and exciting. I am teaming up with interior designers and local companies to spread the word of Wellness.

Working from a co-working space? Your setup still matters.

A co-working space is a shared workspace where people can bring their laptops, work independently, and use a professional office-style setup outside of home or a traditional office.

But even when you’re working somewhere flexible, your body still needs support.

A laptop stand, wireless keyboard, and wireless mouse can help reduce hunching, reaching, and tension in your neck, shoulders, and wrists.

That’s exactly why the Ergo Essentials Kit was made. It gives you the basics you need to create a smarter, more comfortable setup anywhere you work.

Because making your workspace feel better does not always mean buying the most expensive chair or rebuilding your entire office.

Sometimes, it starts with simple swaps like:

✅Laptop stand
✅External keyboard
✅Supportive cushion
✅Footrest
✅Better chair height

The goal is not to buy more random desk gadgets. It is to understand what your body actually needs while you work.

That is exactly what The Ergo Essentials Kit helps with. It gives you simple, practical ways to improve your setup without overcomplicating it.

Which desk upgrade do you think you need most right now? 👀

Feeling tired, unfocused, or a little foggy at your desk? Your body might be asking for water. 💧

Hydration breaks are one of the simplest ways to support your focus, energy, and overall comfort during the workday. It does not have to be a big reset, just a quick pause, a few sips, and a moment to check in with yourself.

Because sometimes the most helpful work break is the one you keep forgetting to take.

Typing should not make your shoulders work overtime. 😅

If your keyboard is too far away or your arms are reaching all day, your neck, shoulders, wrists, and back are going to feel it.

The goal is simple:
relaxed shoulders, supported arms, neutral wrists, and a setup that does not make your body fight through the workday.

Small adjustments can make a big difference in how you feel at your desk.

Your team cannot stay focused, energized, and clear-headed when they have been sitting in the same spot for hours.

That is exactly why Brain Breaks matter. 🧠✨

A few intentional minutes of movement, breathwork, stretching, or meditation can help your team reset, refocus, and come back feeling more supported.

Because sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.

If your team has been feeling stiff, drained, or mentally checked out halfway through the day, Brain Breaks may be exactly what they need.

Could your team use a reset like this?
