When I think of what Wellness Wave has grown into, it makes me emotionally grateful.

When I say it doesn’t feel like “work” it’s because I don’t have to be anything other than myself in here, and I invite every single person that walks in to do the same.

That’s why it feels good..
That’s why it feels light..
That’s why we are able to have such transparent conversations here..
It’s why no matter how your day is you feel like you can take a breath..

Because hundreds of people live their lives through their nervous systems. They love, loose, celebrate, mourn, grow new life, mourn the old life, feel the emotions that come with being alive & being human.

But for those moments, you allow your body to receive, process, integrate & heal at a different rate.

True story: I was sitting in an airport doing work on my laptop while talking on the phone, with headphones on & my smart watch on my wrist….

I caught myself.

I literally felt like a was buzzing with unnecessary stimulation 😅🫠

I unplugged, looked around and saw just how many people are hooked up simultaneously in various different ways.

It was in that moment I realized just how sneaky & FREQUENT the dopamine hits really are in our tech savvy society.

Which one is the biggest culprit for you?
