I'm reposting this inspiring true story of my wife's grandparents on how they were saved by the U.S. Flag in the Philippines during WWII. I discovered another interesting and significant information in my family history. I discovered that my grandfather Raymundo Oller has another brother named MARCELIANO OLLER, he was born on June 15, 1873. He must have died in his infancy or in his teens.

In the 80's we only knew that he had only one brother named Ponciano (1877) who owned a farm in San Fabian, Pangasinan.. But in the 90's I discovered that he has two more sisters Salvadora (1882) and Ambrocia (1883). So, discovering MARCELIANO OLLER another milestone in my ancestry research. I humbly thank the Lord for His divine guidance. Our ancestors has ways of helping us to find them..
