This can be achieved through proper ventilation or by opening windows and doors for air circulation. Having access to fresh air helps prevent overheating, improves breathing, and reduces the risk of respiratory problems. Be sure to bring your children as it's a family event! Grab your beach chairs, cozy towels, robes, and warm clothing for the evening.

A donation to the organizers is requested ($50 per adult, children - free). All group activities (meditation, steaming, dance, etc.) are free, while individual services (massages, food, personal steam whisking massage) are available for a small fee.

You're also welcome to bring your favorite food and drinks to share with other participants and add magic to our event.
