The adjustable temperature control can be set anywhere from 230°F to 250°F (110°C to 121°C). The overall dimensions are 18 11/16" W x 30" L x 27 5/8" H, with a chamber size of 16" diameter x 21" L. The chamber pan capacity can hold (3) 12” x 20” x 2-1/2” (305mm x 508mm x 64mm), (2) 12” x 20” x 4” (305mm x 508mm x 102mm), or (1) 12” x 20” x 6” (305mm x 508mm x 152mm). The sterilizer weighs 150 lbs and requires 240 V / 60 Hz / 1 Ph / 12,400 W / 52 A or 240 V / 60 Hz / 3 Ph / 12,400 W / 30 A power.
