Why are you so happy?
What do you have to be happy about?

Time after time, event after event, loss after loss can somehow feel like the whole world is against you. What you do with these feelings will dramatically affect your physical being and environment.

🙂Choosing to see the opportunities instead of the obstacles, the glory instead of shame, and the beauty instead of fault is a way to grow & maintain a happy mindset.

Processing these feelings will cause an alchemical reaction within you and your surroundings. If you want a happy experience then take a little time and effort to make a habit of always choosing to be happy! ☯️

I am happy for the air that I breathe, the clean food & water that I receive, and the loved ones that are in my life!
🙌 For me, with these three things, I can weather any storm, survive any fall, and stand up to start all over.

*Self-love is one the greatest things to ever experience in this life. It was a concept that I understood but didn't really get, until I decided to choose "me" first! Learning & being conditioned that choosing myself first was not only selfish but not an option for a female in societies' past. Giving my needs up for others is the way that I learned to operate in the world and in my relationahips.😵‍💫

*Unlearning, reframing and now living in self-love has been a rollercoaster to say the least. Saying no, setting boundaries and taking personal time was a whole new concept. It has given me a new experience, allowed me to jump timelines and is ultimately creating my dream-life.😍

*Where I came from, how much money that I have in the bank, or what kind of clothes that I wear are all irrelevant when it comes to how I feel about myself💘

*Self-love means putting yourself first, paying yourself first and being in love with divine light that is in your skin suit🥰

☯️Our annual gathering of ladies always strengthens our connection to Mother Gaia & each other.
💃We honored our sisters who could not attend but who are are always with us in spirit🌠
This year the hot pot, tea party and Ba Gua vwalk was a wonderful combination of the cultivation of natural qi & the nurioushing of the spirit, mind, and body✨️
Having a community of like minded ladies that all have the same intentions for the progression of humanity is a total game changer! 🙌
