I firmly believe every one of these girls will go onto huge things whether it be soccer, volleyball or track and field at college and/or the professional level.

I often hear "if you take care of your physical health your mental health will take care of itself" and vice versa. I think it's stupid. Why not work on both, all the time? We've got finite time here 🌎

These girls went above and beyond every Tuesday and I couldn't be prouder of their development over the last 12 weeks.

Good coaches, parents and players at . I wish you all the success for the fall and beyond✊🏼.

Pre and post training playtime.

Take a skill you need to improve (I can guarantee in ⚽️ this will be weak foot training for 90% the population).

Show up to every session half an hour early or stay half an hour later and practice that skill with a teammate.

4x trainings = 2 extra hours.
12x weeks = 24hrs

Chances are other players will start to feel guilty when you're driving that standard and start to do the same.

If time permits, pick a physical skill before training and a technical skill after training instead.

Relationships improve.

Everyone is better for it.

"Why would multiple exposure training have less of an effect than strength training?".

"Taking valuable time away from the stuff that makes the biggest impact!"

Technical coaches take away... Use your warm ups to get a mini dose of strength in each day rather than having them hold 12 second stretches 3 sessions a week.
