I love when women come to me for food and exercise advice....
I have a HUGE passion for nutrition and how food fuels us AND I am a former personal trainer.
It's my jam, comes easy to me and love eating/moving in a way that feels good!
But I know it doesn't come easily for everyone.
Eating and moving are just 1 piece of the puzzle (technically 2). There is much more to look at when we have health goals. It's more than how much nut butter you should eat. 😉
It's a lifestyle approach.
It's how you schedule your day and live your life. 🤯
