Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, by Marsha Linehan, has a lot of tools available online to help you. These are adapted and shared to be used for some self-help. Times are tough right now. It is hard to find a therapist who is available. I am receiving 10 referrals a day, many of which I can't answer. It is heartbreaking. I was talking to my best friend this morning and she inspired me to do something helpful. I will post a helpful online tool at least once per week for you to review and, if you would like, comment and share your thoughts. I am setting these up as links since these are in .pdf format.
