I am not here to heal you. I am not here to tell you how to heal yourself. I am not here to “fix” you or dictate your path.

I am here as a hand to hold while you navigate tough terrain. I may offer reflection or feedback… or suggestion when asked.

Whatever I offer—my hand or my shoulder or my words—is offered with unconditional love and acceptance, regardless of the direction taken.

What I offer is an opportunity for self-empowerment, an opportunity to lean into one’s innate intuition and inner healer with trust and courage… while feeling fully supported regardless of outcome.

The relationships I build with my clients are sacred—not only to them, but to me as well.

It is such an incredibly deep honor to be trusted to hold stories and experiences so tenderly. It is with deep reverence that I hold presence and compassion in moments of vulnerability.

I bow to my clients and the courage they display in opening up to me. This is the most sacred relationship I have ever had as well. 🙏🏽

Join us for a night of sacred Grandmother Vine Medicine Saturday June 29th. The ceremony space will be held in an aura of love and rejuvenating energy in the city of Pasadena. Ladybug () and Sal (.seres) will be holding space for a maximum of 15 individuals who have traversed the transformative realms of this medicine before.

This overnight experience will be an opportunity to embark on a journey of deeper self-discovery and profound reconnection.

Ladybug comes from a Quechua Icaro lineage and will be supporting your journeys in this ancient language. More familiar instrumentation and song will be introduced later in the evening.

This one may be a bit more “woo” than you’re used to from me. But this is how we prevent spiritual bypassing.

Transcend and include.

Because you’re right. You are not of this earth. You definitely are a spiritual being.

But you were also sent here to have a human experience.

This human experience can be full of suffering and pain in the beginning, though. And we grasp to the remembering that we’re actually spiritual beings. We let go of identification with the human experience.

But I urge you not to stop there. Because when you do, not only do you become irritating to everyone around you, more importantly, you’re missing out on an incredibly rich human experience.

So come back to this body. Come back to this mind. But come back to the experience of it—without identification with it.

Transcend “I am”. Include “This is.”

Instead of, “I am not human. I am not this grief. I am not this suffering,” try “This is human. This is grief. This is suffering.”

Feel it deeply and allow it to be safe *because* it is not you. This is all an experience. Have it! Include it!

Transcend identity. Include experience.

We are all space-holders.

Every time we receive a smile or a frown, every time a friend shares about their day, every time we engage in any conversation of any kind—we are holding space.

And what so many people miss—the reason so many feel drained or like they’ve taken on the energy of another after holding space—are the skills to hold space for SELF.

How connected are you to the energy in your body as you interact with others? What does your relationship with your shadow look like? How can you learn to prioritize this connection with your body SO THAT you are more skillful at holding space for another?

This is where we begin in Embodied Presence, and we consistently come back to it as we learn and practice both hard and soft skills for holding space.

We’ll dive into therapeutic frameworks, communication, implicit bias, SHADOW WORK, rupture-repair, and a lot more. And we’ll do it all while grounded and connected to our bodies.

I’ve been exploring my “feminine” side. And in order to do that, I MUST ALSO explore it in the context of being ***r

I’ve recently found that gender-neutral pronouns resonate the best for me—for now, at least. And so how does *that* play into this idea of “feminine” or “masculine”?

Wild Authenticity is an opportunity to gather with other q***r folx and explore what any of this means at any given point along the journey.

With specifically designed activities and discussions, as well as intentional exploration with earth’s gender-expansive medicines, we get to become WILD and VULNERABLE and explore AUTHENTICITY at a deeper level and in a container of like-minded and similar-experienced humans around these topics.

I could not imagine co-facilitating with a more knowledgeable, professional, and wonderfully q***r human than I know that together this will be a strong and radically accepting container for anything and everything that comes forward.

I am beyond excited to begin piloting this program on Sunday!

After six years facilitating a weekly community support and integration circle, it is time to formally teach the skills I’ve been honing for over two decades. And it is such an honor to have the regular circle attendees be my pilot cohort. 😍

This 8-week curriculum has a strong somatic component, supporting folks in listening to the wisdom of their bodies as they navigate holding space for self, other, and groups.

We’re going to cover ethics & consent, rupture/repair in communities, shadow work, consultation, compassionate inquiry, listening through NVC, and SO MUCH MORE!!!

Every week will involve somatic practices, practical application, and community support.

I am SO EXCITED!!!

Although the pilot cohort is set, I will be dropping my lesson plans into my Patreon each week so my Haux Scholarship Fund supporters can follow along.

Parts Work is an approach to healing that looks at the human psyche as comprised of many different “parts” that influence how we perceive and move through the world. As we get to know all of our parts, we have the opportunity to integrate them in ways that support a more easeful and balanced experience of ourselves.

In this workshop we’ll explore some of the more universal parts that all of us have, and learn different frameworks for integrating them into the whole. We will cover the basics of Inner Child Reparenting, Voice Dialogue, and Internal Family Systems as specific approaches for working with the different parts.
