😌🙏✨In the ta***ic yoga and meditation that I practice and teach, initiation from a master, or shaktipat diksha, can boost the ascension of a meditative power, Kundalini Shakti, present in all of us. My teacher, Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati (Gurudevi) is such a master. Asana practice releases your spinal muscles and paves the way for this inner awakening. And makes you more comfortable to sit for meditation. Once awake, Kundalini then ascends your spine like a lightening bolt or a plant gradually reaching up to the Sun. This process uplifts you and dissolves physical, mental, and emotional patterns of contraction. You find your own Self and an ease of being which is present even when life is hard.
