😩One of the biggest myths I still see is that fatty foods automatically equal “unhealthy.”
🤦🏼♀️In reality, many of the studies that fueled this fear didn’t account for food quality AKA grouping fast food, processed meats, and conventionally raised beef together under one label.
❗️That context reeeeeally matters.
