😩One of the biggest myths I still see is that fatty foods automatically equal “unhealthy.”

🤦🏼‍♀️In reality, many of the studies that fueled this fear didn’t account for food quality AKA grouping fast food, processed meats, and conventionally raised beef together under one label.

❗️That context reeeeeally matters.

👏🏻When clients focus on quality over complete elimination, I see their health improve!

HIGH PROTEIN BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP 🥦

🤯Yes cottage cheese in soup DOES work!!

🙌🏻 can truly upgrade so many different every day meals like this classic: broccoli cheddar soup

✨Ingredients (serves 2–3)
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- ½ yellow onion, chopped
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups bone broth
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt + pepper to taste

How to make
1. Roughly chop broccoli, onion and garlic
2. Heat oil in a pot. Add onion + garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add broccoli + broth. Simmer 10–12 minutes until broccoli is tender.
4. In a separate cup blend Good Culture cottage cheese until smooth
5. Tuff of heat and carefully blend soup until smooth (immersion or high-speed blender).
6. Add in Good Culture cottage cheese and blend again until silky.
7. Return to low heat, stir in cheddar until melted.
8. Season to taste.

PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS 💪🏻

👏🏻Going back to an oldie, but a goodie!

✨Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats (I use )
- 3/4 - 1 cup almond milk (I use )
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 TBSP ground flaxseed
- protein booster
- 1/4 cup wildberries
- dash of cinnamon
- pinch of
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 TBSP yogurt

1. Add all ingredients (except frozen blubs & yogurt) to a jar
2. Mix everything together
3. Store in the fridge overnight
4. In the morning, top with Coconut Cult yogurt & enjoy!

2026 is the new 2016 🤍

🫶🏻Which makes sense… because I’ve been eating since my junior year of college.

✅Before simple ingredients labels were trendy, this was already a staple in my kitchen.

🌟And 10 years later, it still checks every box I look for as a nutritionist!

DAIRY + GUT ISSUES 🥛

👀I see this pattern all the time with clients!

😩They’re not lactose intolerant, but certain dairy products still cause bloating, gas, or discomfort

👉🏻When we review ingredient labels together, I almost always find added gums in the products that don’t sit well

🙏🏻Switching to simpler, gum-free dairy options can make a big difference for many people

🥳And a lot of my clients are so relieved to realize they actually CAN enjoy dairy…they just need to choose the right brands

👍🏻So before writing off dairy altogether, double check the ingredient label first!

5 years of Resilient Health & Wellness!! 🥳

🥹This week marks the 5th anniversary of my nutrition practice!!

💗It feels like it’s been 5 years, but also 15

🥗Sooooo much has happened. I’ve learned and grown so much as a human and nutritionist

I went from opening my practice while living at home and working at lululemon -> quitting my “survival job” to dive head first into owning my own business and doing content -> I hired my first assistant -> fired them and rehired again -> been to countless seminars (in person and online) -> moved to LA with all of my supplements -> switched to an online dispensary -> moved to NYC -> passed my board exam -> and just finished a rebrand

😅Just to name a few things

🫶🏻I’m so grateful to all of my clients who trust me with your health (I love you all so much!!)

🙏🏻This is one of the most rewarding jobs & I feel so lucky every day to do what I do

🤗Can’t wait to see what the next 5 years are going to look like!
