We had a great class! Weather was awesome for January it was 65 and the sun was peeping through the clouds! See the tank top? It wasn’t cold just a touch beeezy. Dry enough to not be muddy. I had 20ish Yogis but I did not take pics of anyone practicing! Sometimes it more important for me to be the teacher instead of the paparazzi! I feel very 😇 blessed to be able to provide guidance and peace and comfort to all that attended. 💖🤗🙏🏼❤️‍🩹🤩💪🏼 I will be adding the Yoga/SoundBath as a special class on the 1st Saturday of the month each month. Keep an eye out and come for our regular 1 hour Yoga Class practice any other Saturday at 10:30am same location!
