This morning, I drew a card from my new deck, 'Spirit Allies' by Jill Pyle and Cidney Bachert, and the card that emerged was Leo. I'm absolutely delighted to connect with the Leo energy. I've included a clip below that resonated deeply with the card's message. Remember, even in solitude, you have the power to be your own cheerleader. And if you're fortunate, having a Leo in your life can be a beautiful blessing, as they often radiate warmth and support when they're centered. Today's message is a gentle reminder that the universe is always working in your favor, even when the path ahead seems uncertain. Trust that the higher energy is guiding you towards your highest good. As someone who's learned to manifest their desires, I've come to realize that it's not just about attracting what you want, but also about cultivating a mindset that aligns with your deepest desires. It takes practice, especially when life's challenges have left their mark. To truly manifest your desires, immerse yourself in the feeling of already having what you want. Visualize it, embody the emotions, and trust that the universe is supporting your journey. Be mindful of your thoughts and words, as they have the power to shape your reality. Instead of focusing on what you don't want, shift your energy towards what you desire. When you catch yourself thinking 'I don't want,' try to reframe it in a positive light. Focus soley on what you do want. The universe provides contrast to help you grow and refine your desires. If negative thoughts persist, try to move to a place of neutrality and focus on the present moment. No worries, we will guide you on this new experience and ease you into it with tuning forks to get energy moving, breath work and guided meditation to get you prepped to take in all you can to experience deep relaxation, inspiration, manifestation, stress relief and more. Music therapy has been around for a long time and recently gained in popularity due to its benefits: physical, mental & spiritual. We have specific instruments to help achieve what you may need as sound healing has a lot to do with certain frequencies, tones & vibrations. We play as a duo.

The Great Vibe Tribe starts our new Friday sound baths at Indigo Mountain wellness & day spa at 41609 Big Bear Blvd. We have a special evening lined up with the use of various instruments to get you open and ready to recieve whatever it is you may need. We will take you on a magical journey of love, rejuvenation, connection & more. Sound therapy has been shown to help with many maladies such as (but not limited to: stress relief/anxiety reduction, chronic pain (I can attest to the power of sound for this), depression-but also can help with other things such as manifestation, creativity, connection to the devine and more. The benefits of sound on a metaphysical level, physical and mental/emotional can be profound.

***This session is every Sat night at 7:30-8:30pm. Best to RSVP, but walk ins also welcome. This is a great space for people who don’t like crowds.

Want a unique experience? We offer a variety of sound therapy sessions. From our psychedelic sound baths (we have some fun with this one using a variety of visuals for those looking for a different kind of experience). Inquire as to what that entails!
We offer course do sound baths for insomnia, chronic pain (has helped me immensely to the point of doing away with pain management & improved my insomnia as well). For those just looking to unwind and release stress, or depression let us help!
We use a variety of Instruments, which we change up weekly to keep things fresh. The Instruments we employ are of variying vibrations/frequencies to trigger the relaxation response.
