I am in between worlds.

No longer a maiden. I am becoming a mother.

This journey is so sacred and I have wanted it for so long. I feel my ancestors and guides and sisters as they stand behind me, supporting and blessing me. I have been listening to my body, connecting like never before. Feeling into my goddess essence, into the fullness of what it means to be woman. I am in awe at this body and what it is doing, the ways it is expanding to support this life growing inside. So profound, so miraculous.

As I navigate the waters of pregnancy with all the highs and lows, I am so honored that this soul has choosen me. To be her mother, her guide. I am so ready to welcome her into this world. I know that she is coming with her light, I feel her helping me, teaching me, bringing me into deeper depths of awareness and understanding.

As I step into the final leg of this journey, this transformation, I am so thankful. I am taking in the days before while looking forward to the days to come. I am living in-between worlds. Shedding my old skin and welcoming the new 🙏

Last week was a magical whirlwind!

My partner and I eloped to Sedona and got married on a vortex on the new moon in a circle of roses, and rose quartz. An infinity rope symbolized bringing our lives together life still remaining as sovereign beings. It was the perfect way to call in this new chapter of our life unfolding ✨

I have had a special connection with the sacred lands of Sedona ever since my first trip a couple years ago and I am grateful for the land for welcoming us and making our day even more special. We slipped into the slipstream of energy that is so present in Sedona and the whole week was guided by synchronicity and connections of the heart.

So much gratitude for those who made our elopement so perfect 💖

Staying in your power is a practice.

It requires our attention and implementing self-care can assist with this.
In a world where you are not taught about energy and the ways in which we leak it, self-care is crucial.
We are constantly bombarded throughout our day, and a lot of times our system goes immediately into fight or flight.
The beautiful thing is that it can take as little as five minutes and a little self care to get you back into a state of peace and calm.
Being able to connect back to self in you own sacred way is ultimately your path back to your power.

Take time to water your garden and you will reap the benefits.

Because we are in some hectic times and navigating the collective stress and anxiety can be difficult, I am now offering distance reiki sessions for $22 for the half hour session (normally $44) ✨

Since the concept of time and space is a linear concept, distance healing works the same as in person, and is wonderful since you can be in the comfort of your own home for the session.

Happy Women's Day to all my strong, amazing, vibrant sisters near and far and to the ones I have yet to meet. This is such a potent time we are living in and a time when we can change the narrative for the better. So let us come together and lift each other up and shift it. We are powerful. It is innate in us. We are intuitive. We are Here. Now is the time.

So smile at your fellow sisters, help them when they need help, give them love and a listening ear or a shoulder to cry on. No more separation because it's time to come together. We came to change this and we will. It starts with each and every one of us loving on ourselves and making ourselves better and stepping into our power and then leading others to do the same. This is the school that has changed my life. Today was my last day at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health and I will be forever grateful for this place and the wonderful people in it. Fifteen months ago to the day, I started the Holistic Health Practitioner program. Little did I know that those thousand hours would not only give me a greater understanding of the world of healing arts, but that it would get me to a truer version of myself in the process. I have learned that my years of dance were for a greater purpose in my life and that they were priming me to understand the language of the body on a deeper level and incorporate that through touch. I believe in loving touch and that it is one of the most healing things in this life. I have experienced the healing in myself through this last year of giving and receiving so much bodywork and also I have witnessed this healing in others. I know that this day marks a pivotal moment for me, and I know that because of this school, I will never be the same.

Stay strong friends. We are in the birthing process...out of the old and into the new. Some days it is painful and some beautiful. Some days we are playing out our our old wounds, patterns and limiting beliefs, and others we are on a whole other vibrational plane of pure magic. Don't forget to be gentle with yourself during these times. We are all just doing the best we can with this new vibrational territory we are now in.
