If you are binging on the weekends, hitting your macros and calories on the weekdays, and then drinking alcohol and binging the next weekend, you will not see results!
Your body is taking all week to process and detox from the extra alcohol, sugar, carbs, fats, and all around junk that you had previously put in your body from only two days of the weekend.
That has been the biggest game changer for me. If you cut back on the binging on the weekends and stay more consistent throughout the week, I guarantee you will start to see the results you were looking for all along!
