anyone else feel the eclipse + retrograde energy *extra* hard lately? 😅

i used to think the astrology/energetics “woo woo” stuff was absolute garbage. i thought it was how some people excused their poor behavior.. (still see it sometimes 🙃)

but as i’ve leaned into the ebb and flow of the cosmic dance between stars, planets, and US.. i can find synchronicities everywhere. it’s truly mind-blowing.

instead of pulling myself far and away from spirituality, the energy and light work that has been practiced for centuries… i opened up to it.

now, i still proceed with caution (forever a skeptic 😆), but i do my research & i learn more about how to play in the energy fields that flow through and around us daily.

i hope you are kind to yourself during this phase of the year. we can all tend to make the small things mean a whole lot more than we need to 🥰✨🤍

I've been a little inactive, as I normally use Instagram for my coaching, but I want to reconnect here.

Hello everyone!!

As most of my friends know, I’m now a certified Yoga Teacher!! I’m teaching independently with my own studio hours in Limitless Dance Complex in Pacific Beach!
This space is huge and fits 50 people!
Classes are $20 for drop in, and I have a monthly unlimited pass as well!
This is all supported by myself, and I’m extremely excited and proud of my own beginnings with my own company!!
