Hey Mama! You deserve support and care. And sometimes in the midst of chaos it feels impossible to find a place of ease or comfort. Take a moment to think about the ways you’d like support. Then make a plan about how you’d like to receive that care. Who would you call? What would you like them to do? Where will you go? Write it out. Let your support system know the plan. When things feel overwhelming having this plan will help things feel more manageable. You got this!
