Whether you have a midwife or OB-GYN, want a medicated or unmedicated childbirth, as your birth doula I will be here for you and your partner every step of the way. Your birth, your choice. I believe one’s birth experience is extremely important and everyone deserves a positive and memorable birth experience.
From the time of our first consultation, I will be available through phone call, text, email, messenger, FaceTime, or Skype to answer any questions you may have throughout your pregnancy. Once you suspect labor is beginning, I will be on call and available to you as you see fit. We will have a total of three appointments together, two prenatal and one postpartum.
Not only do I want to support you, I want to support the people you love! Whether it’s a significant other, parent/guardian, sibling, or friend accompanying you through birth- I will be there to help the both of you. If you have a birth plan or not, I will be there throughout your entire labor and delivery to coach you and your birth partner to meet whatever needs you may have in the moment.
I will attend all hospital and birth center births, and most at-home births (contact me for more information if you’re wanting an at-home birth.) Due to COVID-19 occurring, my services will be a bit different until hospitals allow birth doulas to attend births again. If a birth doula is something you are still wanting during this time, I will be available to you virtually throughout your whole experience at a new rate.
