I’m always learning and growing and evolving and I want to share what I’ve learned. I recently learned that I’m never going to “make it.” That hit hard. Once you make it, you will want more as that becomes your new norm..and also we get bored 😉

I’ll make it, then I’ll make it again, and continue on until the day I die. It’s all kind of funny really and not that serious. 😂

(although I am still pretty serious in the office)

Yes 🙌🏼 I do trainings! I am a filler trainer for Versa and have been using the product religiously since early 2020!

I am a Physician Assistant and have been practicing aesthetic medicine for over 13 years. I am constantly educating myself and investing in my education. I have been going to cadaver labs consistently for the past 7 years and I’m always looking to improve and grow. I believe growing and evolving is just an inherent part of being alive!

I do love sharing what I’ve learned over the years 💗 Here is a photo from a recent training with some beautiful and gracious RN’s I recently worked with. It feels so good to give back. 💗

A dark, lonely, and hard 6 years of healing all parts of me. My healing journey is my devotion and prayer to the world. The more healed and evolved I am- the better I can help lead and impact others as a Physician Assistant.
These photos were taken 6 months ago, I wasn’t going to post them anywhere. But the more I grow the more I push through my fears. Plus it was a fun project I’m proud of! 💗

Winter ❄️ is for resting.
I take a lot of trips and travel during the winter. This time is important to me. I do a lot of reflecting, resting, and skiing. I love and appreciate the quiet of the snow and the fresh mountain air 🏔️.
Most PA/NPs, MD/DOs, and RNs I know, work themselves to the bone. We work 9-12 hours with barely a real lunch break, treating and caring for patients back to back. Years ago I learned “the art of doing nothing,”and that concept keeps being shown to me during my travels. It’s ok to do nothing. I don’t care if you’re a business owner, parent, child, provider, entrepreneur…make time to do nothing, and think about nothing. Be selfish and keep this practice sacred. ❄️☺️

👄 Very very natural lips. It was her first time so she wanted mostly smoothing and very little volume, we used a very soft silky filler for her and we love! 💖

We used Kybella to dissolve the fat under my lovely patient's chin. It's subtle but you can really see the difference after just one round. We will treat this area one more time to get even better results.

FYI ℹ️ This is a great treatment to have done in the winter because you can hide the swelling (4-5 days), with a turtleneck or scarf🧣
