Six months later 🫶🏻 I’m not going to lie, at times she came in & the progress was minimal. We adjusted her routine and treatment as needed. It’s been a month, and she has had no new deep cysts. I am so thankful for the patients who stay committed through the ups and the downs & trust the process. Acne is complex! It’s a disorder of the skin & it TAKES TIME, money and commitment ❤️🥰 Now time to tackle the scarring 🙌🏻

But I promise you, it’s better than going on oral antibiotics.. wrecking your gut health + skin micro biome and not addressing the root cause!

It’s important to note that acne has shown to be genetic - acne is complex, what triggers acne is complex, sometimes cutting dairy out isn’t your answer.. and sometimes it is!
