Success is no accident and there’s more to it than “they just worked hard”.
Referencing the book, the Go-Giver, these are the 5 Stratospheric Laws of Success.
1. Giving more value than you’re prepared to receive in payment always positions us to win.
2. People are drawn to authenticity and what good is it to aim to succeed if you aren’t being true to yourself.
3. We can give all we want but if we aren’t actually open to, or even deserving of, receiving; we won’t.
4. In a world of influencers, we still wonder how they do it. Their popularity and social power comes from putting the interests of others first, allowing them to easily be relatable. This should be intentionally so you remain authentic as you serve.
5. Our capacity to earn is based on the number of people we serve and how well we serve them. The ratio between the two is dependent on how valuable your services are along with the value you bring as your authentic self and how successfully it meets the consumer’s needs.
