Law Office of Rosemary Meagher-Leonard Rosemary's practice is limited to estate planning, probate and elder law. I have been practicing law since 1980 and as a sole practioner since 1981.

My practice has been limited to Estate Planning, Probate, Elder Law, and related litigation and appeals since the 1990's. I represent clients from all over California, as well as out of state clients with California Estate planning, Probate, litigation, and appellate issues and needs. With my senior clients and their families, I also provide assistance with life care planning which includes medical, assisted living and nursing home planning. I specialize in estate planning, probate, guardianships, conservatorship, elder law, elder care issues, financial elder abuse, as well as estate and probate litigation and appeals. I also am able to meet with my senior and disabled clients in their homes or other convenient locations. I have considerable experience with advising clients on and drafting a variety estate planning documents including inter vivos trusts, bypass trusts, special needs trusts , dynasty trusts, irrevocable trusts, insurance trusts, legacy trusts, and charitable trusts, family limited partnerships, power of attorney documents, advanced health directives, and Medi-Cal and Medicare planning.
