Starting Sept 8th
Therapeutic Yoga with Jessica
Mondays 5:30-6:30pm
Therapeutic Yoga is doing the practice that YOU need today. utilize Hatha, Kundalini, ViniYoga, & Iyengar yoga to address your physical, mental & emotional health. Use poses, breathing, & meditation to alleviate symptoms, manage stress & improve overall well-being.
Starting Sept 2nd
Pilates Fusion with Ashley
Tuesdays 9-10am
This class will have elements of both yoga and Pilates, aiming to integrate the mind-body connection and core-focused strength of Pilates with the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga. It will offer a well-rounded workout, improving balance, flexibility, focus, and strength.

Vin/Yin with Sarina
Tuesdays 6-7pm
This all-levels Vin/Yin Yoga class blends the energizing flow of Vinyasa with the deep release of Yin.
We’ll begin with a 30 minute of gentle Vinyasa-style sequence to build warmth, improve circulation, and awaken the body with mindful movement. Then we’ll shift into 30 minutes of longer-held Yin postures, inviting stillness and deep relaxation to open the connective tissues and calm the nervous system.
No prior experience necessary

Breath & flow with Erin
Wednesdays 5-6pm
In this class we will explore the breath in the body throughout our mat practice.
Designed to support optimal breath function while flowing through accessible vinyasas (sequences) and kriyas (sets of movements and breath that support specific outcomes). Open to all levels, please join us.
Starting Sept 11th
Kid's Yoga with Sarah
Thursdays 6-7pm
Children learn breathing exercises, yoga poses & relaxation techniques, all in a fun imaginative way. This class is designed for ages 4-10, trauma informed and all inclusive for those who need additional support.
6 week kids yoga series, save and sign up for all 6 weeks or drop-in as you can. Preregistration recommended, class space is limited.
