Baldwyn trail to Cathedral Rock trail then up to the top (end of trail). Gorgeous views and wild flowers, and a river. The climb was exhilarating (and coming down was “interesting”). Total of 5 miles and I experienced every minute of the journey.

I personally did their hip and core rehab program at home and went from sleepless nights with lots of pain to pain-free. Do you wish you could come home and whip up a healthy meal in just a few minutes? Here are some tips that might help you do just that!

☑️Write a list of your favorite stir fry ingredients
☑️Pick them up from the store
☑️Slice and place each ingredient in a separate container
☑️Cook off your favorite protein (I like to do crockpot chicken)

Once you have all of your ingredients organized in the fridge, it's easy to grab whatever you feel like eating for the day and make a tasty stir fry. Just add your favorite spices or herbs to give it some kick.

Here are some of my favorite last minute additions:
☑️Fresh basil, cilantro or scallions
☑️Garlic or ginger
☑️Sesame seeds
☑️Spicy sesame oil

The best part of this type of meal prep is that not only do you save time, but you also save money.
