Baldwyn trail to Cathedral Rock trail then up to the top (end of trail). Gorgeous views and wild flowers, and a river. The climb was exhilarating (and coming down was “interesting”). Total of 5 miles and I experienced every minute of the journey.

I personally did their hip and core rehab program at home and went from sleepless nights with lots of pain to pain-free.
