Here's what I would tell myself

"Be kinder to yourself.”

“Always know your worth.”

“The world is way bigger than you think it is and your worries aren't as important as you think they are, just be you.”

“Don't worry if you look different, or feel you look different, from most other people. There is much more to you than what others see on the surface.”

“Don’t get so caught up in the difficulties of the moment since they are only temporary.”

“Don’t dwell on the past. Just because it was that way doesn’t mean it will be that way again.”

"Don't try to fit in because it doesn't really matter at the end"

"Be bold enough to choose a life that will fulfill you, not your parents, not your spouse"

"You are enough"

What a start to 2020!

2019 was definitely a year where I was building on things that could help accelerate all the amazing things I wish to unfold in 2020.

Blessed to start the year so in my favorite city.

Let's kick start the year with a simple ritual and make it the best decade of our lives!

1. Declutter and donate the things in house and closet. Let go things that you are not using anymore, donate!

2. Light sage and cleanse the energies around your living and working space

3. Practice Hoʻoponopono mantra of letting go of old emotions and memories weighing us down.

4. Recharge and cleanse your body. Let the body rejuvenate. Practice yoga or go for a workout. Move that body

5. Set your 2020 goals and vision
Write them down and plan the year.

December is definitely my month in the year. Ofcourse because it's my birthday month but also it helps me look at my years progress and how far I have come. My constant efforts to grow spiritually and be free has definitely started showing . What a way to end 2019 and enter 2020 with the right mentors and have lots saved up already.
I cloudnt have asked for more from 2019. I hope you are feeling the same way. Don't hesitate to ask about anything. I'm an open book and I love passing on knowledge to everyone around me.
