Sonnie has officially decided that my Insight Timer lives belong to him.

If I’m leading a meditation, he sleeps peacefully through the entire thing. But the moment I start teaching, he suddenly appears on camera like, “Hello everyone, I would also like attention.”

And honestly… people love him.

I just finished working 26 days straight… and for the first time in my life after a run like that, I don’t feel destroyed. Honestly, I feel really good.

That’s a huge deal for me because when you work in the gig economy, especially in the entertainment industry, you learn quickly that when opportunities come, you take them. The schedules can be nonstop and unpredictable.
